Joy has more than a decade of experience in both people leadership and recruitment within the BPO industry here in the Philippines. More specifically her expertise lies in frontline coaching & development of customer facing teams.
Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Communication from De La Salle University.
Tim Webb is our founder and Managing Director. His expertise is in working with businesses which have a field service or trade component, as well as having extensive knowledge of the electrical contracting industry in Australia.
A serial entrepreneur, Tim has previously taken his other businesses from pre-revenue to profitability, and ultimately to sale. He has a passion for sharing his knowledge of outsourcing with Australian business owners and showing them how they can improve their work-life balance through leveraging offshore teams.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in accounting) from Charles Sturt University.
A Perth native, husband and father Tim currently splits his time between his base in Perth and Bali.
Dale is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the business both onshore in Australia and our offshore delivery centres. As part of his role, he is also the interface between our clients and their offshore teams.
He has held executive roles in both subsidiaries of publicly listed businesses and private SMEs. More specifically, his expertise lies in customer experience, work-flow optimisation, and large contact centres. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Swinburne University of Technology, and was recognised for academic excellence in corporate governance and leadership.
Outside of work, Dale is a father of two young boys, an avid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, and ocean lover. He currently resides in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales.
Iput is the first and longest serving employee of Platinum Outsourcing. She has overall responsibility for our operations in Indonesia, with a particular focus on governance and compliance.
Iput loves to travel and immerse herself in other cultures. She is also the world’s biggest fan of ramen!
Melinda is an expert in all things finance and HR, having spent the last 23 years in support services roles in a variety of different industries. Melinda currently oversees all corporate taxation and management accounting matters for our Filipino entity, as well as the HR function.
Melinda has been happily married for 16 years, and has two beautiful children.
Alvin oversees the Platinum Outsourcing operation and our team in Manila. His primary function is ensuring the delivery of an exceptional experience for all of our clients through the implementation of continuous improvement programs, coaching and development.
Alvin has more than a decade’s worth of experience working for business process outsourcing companies, leading teams across SE Asia and Europe. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and is a Lean Six Sigma Certified Practitioner.
Sari is one of our founding team members, and prior to joining Platinum Outsourcing had been working directly for our founder, Tim, in one of his other businesses. Sari now looks after our team in Jakarta in her role as Site Lead.
Sari has deep knowledge of service centre operations in the consumer electronics and appliance industry, working directly with subcontractors for global brands such as Samsung and LG. She holds an Associate Degree in English Literature.
Sari is mother to a beautiful baby boy, and enjoys spending the little free time she has online gaming.
